I got several notices from Walterry that my provider would no longer be...
I got several notices from Walterry that my provider would no longer be providing the insurance I had purchased. It was a very busy time for my business and I did not follow up, hence, my end of term came. I contacted Walterry and in one business day they had me taken care of. It was all my fault, they gave me several opportunities, and yet they treated me with great care and with a sense of urgency. Best customer service ever!

I had an auto accident at a very busy time. The agent had everything lined up for me from the car repair to the rental. He kept in touch and made sure the car repair crew also kept me informed. It was great to really feel like somebody had your back after a difficult time like an accident. thank you, Bill, and crew.

Bill Coady, owner of Walterry Insurance Brokers, is excellent. I’ve insured my home with Bill for several years. I recently received a homeowners insurance quote from Allstate with a premium that was almost $1,000 per year less expensive. So I called the Allstate agent. They sent me a more accurate quote for similar coverage that would still save me $400 per year. I sent that to Bill for review. He pointed out many shortcomings in the Allstate coverage that were not as comprehensive as the policy Bill wrote for my home. I called the Allstate again and apples to apples, Allstate could not compete with the coverage Bill is providing for my home. Bill knows the insurance industry, whether auto, home, life, or commercial. He is thorough, detailed, and provides his clients excellent products and even better personal support.
