An Independent Insurance Agency, established in 1968 by Walter and Terry Coady, Walterry Insurance Brokers is a full-service independent insurance broker located in Clinton, Maryland, a suburb of Washington, D.C.
In 1978, Walterry designed a newspaper libel policy. The National Newspaper Association was the first to use this product. Soon after, twenty-eight state and/or regional newspaper associations followed with their support.
Representing over twenty insurance companies, we are licensed with the insurance commissioners of all 50 states.
