Bill started in his father’s insurance agency in 1987. Over the last 30 years, he has developed an in depth knowledge of the products needed by his insureds. He has established strength in insurance for nonprofits and professional organizations, and is developing his media insurance skills.
To relieve the stress of a full workday, Bill coaches youth hockey. He started coaching after watching his then 4 year old son. The coach was giving all his attention to the top players and not the team. This is when he developed his coaching philosophy; it is a coach’s job to coach the entire team, bringing the bottom closer to the top, while elevating the top player to be the best they can. With over 25 years of coaching under his belt, he is happy to offer his services to the youth in his community even though his kids have long moved on with their family lives.
Bill also enjoys long motorcycle trips and try’s to play golf on the weekend. With his wife of 30 plus years, Sandy, they have raised 3 children and enjoy their grandson. Of course, Coach Coady is hoping his grandson will develop to love of hockey that runs throughout the Coady family.
